Bup World
Bup Land: Anomaly Audio is a compilation album of sorts. A collection of various experimental video-game inspired songs in various stages of completion. In one way this album has been in the works for 4+ years, in another way the album has been made haphazardly in the span of weeks. Fueled by passion and technical limitations, all tracks were produced in GarageBand on various iPads with additional guitar recordings taken on a personal iPhone. The manner of song production and lack of musical know-how brings a sense of whimsy and child-like wonder to the tracklist. Anomaly Audio rejects traditional song structure and music conventions, embracing short creative bursts of sonic ideas.
